We use sound as a tool to settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for release. Whether you’re moving, resting, or working one-on-one, every experience is shaped by live instruments such as crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding tones. Sound is the anchor that helps the body unwind, the breath deepen, and the mind return to a quieter, more connected place.
Sound Baths
Our sound baths begin with simple floor-based asanas that free the hips, back, and shoulders so the body can settle into rest. Once you soften, you’ll move into stillness while crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding tones guide you into deeper relaxation. These sessions focus on ease, receptivity, and nervous system support.
Yoga + Sound
Our movement-based classes, including Classic 26 Flow with Sound and our vinyasa-driven offerings, combine an active practice with a grounding sound bath. You build heat, strength, and breath awareness through movement, then settle into sound for integration and release.
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer tailored support through sound baths, yoga, or hypnotherapy, depending on what you need. These one-on-one experiences create space for deeper work and a more personalized path toward release and clarity.
Group Classes
Our group experiences are designed to help you slow down, release, and reset through sound. Each week features a mix of offerings, from our Sunday Reset and Monday Evening Unwind series to our Classic 26+ Flow that builds heat, focus, and clarity before closing in sound. Every class is an invitation to reconnect through breath, movement, and vibration. Private Sound Baths
Work one-on-one with a Sound Healing Practitioner for a deeply personal sound bath experience. Using crystal bowls, brass bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and other instruments, we create a tailored soundscape designed to help your nervous system unwind, release tension, and restore balance. Private sound healing can support stress relief, better sleep, emotional processing, and clarity of mind.
Private Hypnotherapy Sessions
Work one-on-one with a Certified Master Clinical Hypnotherapist to access deeper states of awareness and create meaningful change from within. Through guided relaxation and focused attention, sessions are tailored to help you release limiting patterns, reduce stress and anxiety, and align your subconscious mind with your conscious goals. Private hypnotherapy can support emotional healing, confidence, focus, and overall well-being.
Private Yoga Classes
Work one-on-one (or with a group of up to 15 people) with an experienced instructor to create a fully personalized yoga and sound experience. Each session is tailored to your needs in the moment; it can range from a gentle, floor-based restorative practice to a dynamic vinyasa flow that builds heat, strength, and focus. Live sound accompanies the heart of the practice, helping you connect more deeply to your body, breath, and presence. Every session concludes with a 15 to 20-minute sound bath to help integrate, restore, and renew.
