Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All sales made through Yoga & Wellness / Yoga Sound Bath are final. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any class, private session, event, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Classes, Packages, and Events
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused classes, packages, or event tickets.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the class credit or session.
Missed Sessions: Missed or unattended sessions are considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Group Events: Tickets for group events are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer to a future event if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
3. Memberships
Memberships require a four-month minimum commitment.
After the initial term, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
To cancel, members must email hello@yogasoundbath.com prior to their next billing cycle with the desired cancellation date.
No Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
Pause Policy: Memberships may be paused once per year for up to one month with at least one week’s written notice before the next billing date.
4. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services or classes of equal value. They are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellations by Yoga & Wellness
In the unlikely event that Yoga & Wellness must cancel a class, session, or event due to instructor illness, facility closure, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a rescheduled date or a full credit toward a future service.
