Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All sales made through Yoga & Wellness / Yoga Sound Bath are final. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any class, private session, event, or membership, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Classes, Packages, and Events

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused classes, packages, sessions, or event tickets.

• Regular Group Sessions: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the class credit or session.

• Missed Sessions: Missed or unattended sessions are considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Specialty Classes and Performances: Tickets for specialty classes and performances are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or changed to a different date or event.

3. Memberships

• Unlimited memberships require a four-month minimum commitment.

• After the initial term, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

• To cancel, members must email info@yogasoundbath.com prior to their next billing cycle with the desired cancellation date.

• No Refunds: Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Pause Policy: Memberships may be paused once per year for up to one month with at least one week’s written notice before the next billing date.

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be redeemed for services or classes of equal value. They are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellations by Yoga & Wellness

In the unlikely event that Yoga & Wellness must cancel a class, session, or event due to instructor illness, facility closure, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a rescheduled date or a full credit toward a future service.
