Experiences We Offer

Sound is at the center of everything we offer.

We use sound as a tool to settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and create space for release. Whether you’re moving, resting, or working one-on-one, every experience is shaped by live instruments such as crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding tones.

Sound is not used to block out the world.
It’s used as an anchor within it.

We don’t work in a perfectly silent environment. There may be moments of external noise. Rather than resisting that, the practice is to notice and gently return. Over time, the body learns how to settle without needing everything around it to be still.

Sound becomes the point of return.
A way back to yourself, again and again.

Sound Baths

Each sound bath begins with 10–15 minutes of guided meditation and gentle, floor-based movement to prepare both body and mind for rest. We orient inward. The breath deepens. The nervous system begins to settle.

From there, you’ll ease into stillness as crystal bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and other grounding tones unfold in slow, resonant waves.

The intention is not to create perfect silence.
It’s to give your attention somewhere to rest.

If thoughts arise, they arise. If sounds arise, they arise. The practice is in the return. Again and again, you come back to the sound.

These sessions are spacious and immersive, designed to unwind physical tension, soften mental reactivity, and allow the body to release what it’s been holding.

Private Sessions

Private sessions offer tailored support through sound, movement, or hypnotherapy, depending on what you need.

These one-on-one experiences create space for more focused work, where we can slow things down and meet what’s actually present. Sound is used not to escape, but to guide attention inward and support deeper access to the body and mind.

The goal is not to force change, but to create the conditions where change can happen naturally.

Group Classes

Our weekly group offerings center on immersive sound baths, experiences designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and support nervous system reset.

From time to time, we introduce special pop-up experiences that explore sound and movement in new forms. Visit the schedule to see what’s unfolding next.

Private Sound Baths

Work one-on-one (or with a group of up to 18) with a Sound Healing Practitioner for a deeply personal sound bath experience. Live sound accompanies the heart of the practice, helping you connect more deeply to your body, breath, and presence. Every session concludes with a 15 to 20-minute sound bath to help integrate, restore, and renew.
