Private Sessions

We offer private sound baths, yoga classes, and hypnotherapy sessions, each designed to provide deeper personalization and one-on-one attention from the practitioner. These sessions create space for focused support, allowing the experience to be tailored to your unique needs and intentions. We also offer private group sound baths and yoga sessions, for up to 25 participants.

Private Yoga Classes

Work one-on-one (or with up to 24 additional participants) with an experienced instructor for a fully customized yoga and sound experience. Each session is designed around your needs in the moment - it can be gentle and floor-based, focusing on deep rest and release, or an energizing vinyasa flow that builds strength, balance, and endurance. Throughout the practice, live sound instruments such as crystal bowls, brass bowls, and chimes accompany your movement, helping you connect more deeply to breath and presence. Every session concludes with a 15-minute sound bath for integration, stillness, and renewal.

Private yoga and sound sessions are held in our serene, prop-rich studio, with mats, blankets, and bolsters provided for your comfort. Sessions are 60 minutes long, including time at the beginning and end to arrive, ground, and process. Optional tea service may also be added, extending your time by 15 minutes for quiet reflection and integration.

Private yoga and sound sessions are ideal for those seeking personalized support in movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. They offer a space to release tension, reconnect to your body, and find balance through mindful motion and sound. Whether you come to rest, sweat, or simply listen inward, your session will be uniquely yours, adapted each time to meet you exactly where you are.

Private Sound Baths

Work one-on-one (or with up to 17 additional participants) with a sound healing practitioner for a deeply personal sound bath experience. Using crystal bowls, brass bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments, your practitioner creates a tailored soundscape designed to help your nervous system unwind, release tension, and restore balance. Private sound baths can support stress relief, better sleep, emotional processing, and clarity of mind.

Each experience is held in our serene, prop-rich studio, with mats, blankets, and bolsters provided for your comfort. Sessions are 60 minutes long, which includes time at the beginning and end to relax and process. Optional tea service may also be added, extending your time by 15 minutes for quiet reflection and integration.

Private sound baths are ideal for anyone seeking deep rest, stress release, or emotional integration. They’re also a meaningful way to celebrate with a partner, friends, or small groups. We’re happy to make adjustments to ensure everyone is comfortable, whether lying down or seated.

We encourage you to give yourself quiet time afterwards to journal, rest, or simply enjoy your tea service. Integration tips will be shared at the end of your session to help you carry the effects into your daily life.

Private Hypnotherapy Sessions

Private hypnotherapy sessions can be used for an abundance of reasons. Some people seek support in reducing stress and anxiety, others come to improve sleep quality or release unhelpful habits. Many turn to hypnotherapy for help with confidence building, emotional regulation, focus, performance preparation, or overcoming fears and blocks.

You will be guided by a Certified Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, who specializes in stress and anxiety release. We also work extensively with high-performing individuals - artists, executives, athletes, and entrepreneurs - on mindset training, clarity, and achieving goals. Our approach combines proven hypnotherapy techniques with a compassionate, grounded presence that makes sessions accessible, safe, and results-driven.

Every session is infused with sound. The initial stages of hypnotherapy begin with crystal bowls, gongs, or other instruments to gently guide the nervous system into a receptive state before deeper trance work begins. This integration of sound creates an environment of ease, focus, and readiness.

Each private hypnotherapy session is 75 minutes long, including time at the beginning to clarify your goals and time at the end for integration and processing. The space is quiet, comfortable, and set intentionally to support relaxation and focus.

  • Private Sound Baths may include a wide range of instruments, such as:

    The practitioner selects instruments after a conversation with you, based on your goals, energy, and what would best support the session.

    No two sound baths are the same.

    They are ideal if you want focused attention or a more immersive experience than a group class allows.

  • Yes. Sound is central to everything we do.
    It is used to help the body relax, focus the mind, and integrate the work, whether the session is movement-based, restorative, or hypnotherapy-focused.

  • Private Yoga sessions combine movement, breath, and live sound.

    Sessions may include:

    • Gentle or more active postures, depending on your needs

    • Floor-based or standing movement

    • Sound woven into both movement and rest

    • Emphasis on awareness rather than performance

    These sessions are not fitness-driven. They are designed to support listening, regulation, and embodiment.

  • Hypnotherapy sessions are one-on-one only.

    Each session includes:

    • Conversation and intention-setting

    • Guided relaxation and imagery

    • Live sound to support focus and receptivity

    • Time at the end for integration

    While hypnotherapy cannot be scheduled for more than one person, general hypnotherapy principles can be incorporated into group events by request.

  • Private Sound Baths and some Private Yoga sessions may be booked for two or more people. These are well-suited for partners, friends, or small groups.

    Hypnotherapy sessions are always one-on-one.

  • Frequency is less about rules and more about how deep you want to go.

    Some clients:

    • Take three private yoga sessions per week

    • Book weekly hypnotherapy

    • Schedule weekly private sound baths

    • Space sessions out over longer intervals

    With experience and regular practice, many people are able to drop into relaxation and deeper work much more quickly. Your practitioner can help you determine a rhythm that supports your goals.

  • All private sessions are 60 minutes (hypnotherapy is 75 minutes), with the option to add additional time if you would like a longer experience.

  • No experience is required. Sessions are appropriate for both first-time and long-term practitioners and are always adapted to your comfort level.

  • No. All private sessions are in person only.
    This work relies on presence, sound, and physical space.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move or rest easily.
    All mats, bolsters, blankets, and props are provided.

    You may bring a journal if you like to reflect afterward.

  • No. These sessions are not medical treatment and do not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals.

    They are designed to support relaxation, awareness, and nervous system regulation.

  • Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full session.

    We allow one-time rescheduling for a $60 fee if notice is given late. This option is offered once per client.

  • Yes. Discounts are available for larger packages.
    Your practitioner can discuss options with you during or after your session.
