Gather your friends for something more meaningful than dinner or drinks. Our private group sessions are designed for birthdays, bachelorette weekends, reunions, and intentional gatherings where you want to slow down, reconnect, and share a restorative experience together.
Each session takes place in our serene, prop-rich studio. Soft tatami mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided so everyone can fully settle in. The atmosphere is warm, grounded, and thoughtfully curated. No experience is needed. We guide the room clearly and make everyone feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Sessions are 60 minutes and include time at the beginning to land and transition out of the outside world, plus space at the end to integrate. Optional tea service may be added, extending your time together by 15 minutes for quiet reflection and conversation.
Private Group Sessions
Private Group Sound Baths
Maximum 18 participants
Our private sound baths are fully immersive and designed for deep nervous system regulation and rest.
Your group will lie comfortably while layered waves of sound unfold through crystal singing bowls, chakra-tuned brass bowls, chimes, rain tower, bass tones, and gong. Depending on the energy in the room, we may move from grounding low frequencies into shimmering overtones, creating a gradual descent into stillness.
There is nothing to do. Simply rest and receive.
Sound baths can support stress release, emotional processing, improved sleep, and clarity of mind. Many groups describe the experience as deeply calming and quietly transformative.
For groups celebrating something meaningful or wanting deeper connection, we highly recommend adding extended time afterward. Lingering in quiet, sharing tea, or simply sitting together can make the experience feel even more complete.
Private Yoga Classes
Maximum 25 participants
This experience begins with accessible, breath-led movement designed to gently bring everyone into their body. We move slowly and intentionally, focusing on mobility, steady strength, and nervous system regulation rather than performance or intensity. The emphasis is not on achieving shapes, but on softening tension and restoring connection.
We typically begin with grounding work on the floor to ease the hips, shoulders, and spine, then move into simple standing sequences that build warmth and circulation without overwhelm. Breath cues remain central throughout, helping the group shift from thinking to sensing.
The final 15 minutes transition into a restorative sound immersion. Once the body has been opened through movement, participants settle into stillness while crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments create a layered, calming soundscape. The sound portion is not separate from the yoga. It completes it. Movement prepares the body to receive. Sound helps integrate and deepen what was uncovered.
For groups who want to extend the experience, we recommend adding additional integration time at the end. Allowing space to sit, share tea, or reflect quietly can make the gathering feel even more complete. Extended time is available at an additional cost.
